1) By legal content, Esthete.org means that the content should not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person.
Esthete.org presents both public domain and copyright protected artworks. The latter are showcased in accordance with fair use principle:
as historically significant artworks
as used for informational and educational purposes
as readily available on the internet
as low resolution copies unsuitable for commercial use
Esthete.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and it is our policy to respond to any claim of copyright infringement. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work presented on Esthete.org has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must submit your notice "Copyright Infringement" including a detailed description of alleged infringement in writing to esthetisation@gmail.com.
2) By reliable content, Esthete.org means that the content should not be misleading. All the visual content, dates, facts about artist and its artworks must be correct and be based on trusted sources. Esthete.org assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services linked from Esthete.org.
3) By appropriate content, Esthete.org means that the content should not be spammy (including promotion links, ai-generated text etc.), too short or off topic. In case of writing an aesthetic judgement, Esthete.org strongly advises to follow the instruction given under a comment form on Judge artwork page.
Esthete.org may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Esthete.org reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
